Storytellers and academia

This brand new website excites me. But what’s it about you ask? Storytellers?

You want to know more detail on how to improve areas of your life – I know this is true as me too! So you might want to improve health and this can be via nutrition (my area of knowledge) and a bit of extra movement maybe (I’ve friends in those places who can help with fitness tips and tricks even if you are a beginner!) or perhaps you want a cheerleader helping you into the life of your dreams in other areas like living your dreams with travel, work or love.

Surviving the academic world, I learned how to read the kind of papers which take more than one read through to even remotely begin to understand them. Yet never did I enjoy them. Not really. Even if they were mind blowing. So continuing my studies into the art world, the world of creativity (yes, I’m a creative and proud to accept that!) to me what came next was simple.

Creatively writing the science facts in a way you might hopefully understand. While enjoying reading it. Pictures will fill the screen as you get a visual look at what is actually going on there. Ask questions, please. I’d love to hear from you via my email.

A storyteller. That’s me. While yes, I guess I’m still in the academic world, I’m a storyteller. Hoping to rewrite my own ending as I keep it real in the world of my crohns disease and fatigue. Aiming to be that person who is relatable and knowledgeable. Not perfect. Just me. Helping you. Keeping together in this journey.

Caring for you

I care.
Caring about you is something that is on my radar to keep a check on regularly. I would love to hear from you and in return I would love it if you help me on my mission and share my website with those on your social media who you feel might enjoy the readings. I thank you in advance as I begin more and more storytelling in order to help you. We will start with the next post on foods containing gluten and should you cut gluten out of your diets?
